Case study · California Horizon Tours
A redesigned website, recovered business profile and connected marketing, including a Google Ads campaign and a dedicated private-tour landing page.

The challenge
California Horizon Tours did not fit neatly into a Google Business Profile category. The business offered private, customized, pet-friendly sightseeing tours, including Hearst Castle, but had a suspended profile and was also changing its business location.
Our approach
We addressed the profile and location issues alongside the website, then connected search, advertising and printed promotions around the same business story.
We handled the Google Business Profile suspension and verification while the business moved, making accurate business information central to the work.
We redesigned and developed the website, with hosting and ongoing support as part of the engagement.
Social accounts, YouTube, chamber and relevant geographic and industry profiles strengthened the business’s presence beyond its own website.
Google Ads for private Monterey, Carmel and Big Sur tours lead to a dedicated landing page. Coastal photography, custom-itinerary messaging, vehicle options and practical FAQs help travelers decide whether a tour fits. A two-step quote form gathers trip details before contact information, with a phone alternative for people who prefer to talk.
View the private-tour landing pageMeta and Google Ads, print promotions and collateral marketing materials brought the offer to prospective customers across the channels they use.
